    Korean Express is a fast food restaurant. It has a branch in Glorietta 4 Food Choices and I’m not sure if there are other existing branches. First, what is Bibimbap. Bibimbap is a popular Korean dish that is served in a bowl of warm rice topped with sauteed and seasoned vegetables, beef, sunny side up egg and chilli pepper paste (gochujang).     The video above that you are seeing right now is actually similar to the one in Genji. The restaurant is located in Greenhills and is a must-try for those who haven’t eaten there yet. The plates on the conveyor belt are color coded and each color corresponds to a price. It was my first time to try one and I was pretty amazed of the ingenuity of Yoshiaki Shiraishi, the inventor of the conveyor belt sushi, otherwise known as sushi train [source]. (more…)

    Double Chocolate Fudgy Brownie at Friday’s consists of three towers of brownies topped with vanilla ice cream, peanuts (pecan), and chocolate and caramel syrup. This is certainly the best dessert that I’ve eaten and if you haven’t tried this yet, you are certainly missing half of your life. This dessert though is not recommended for people suffering under diabetes. 😀 (more…)
