Chewy Junior is not your typical cream puff. One can easily tell just by looking at it. Chewy Junior cream puffs are crisp on the outside. However, once your teeth goes deeper on it, you’ll notice that it’s soft and chewy.
Unlike other cream puffs, Chewy Junior’s cream puffs are baked instead of fried. Indeed, this is the healthier version of cream puffs 😀 . Chewy Junior uses two types of fillings. One is the vanilla cream and the other is the chocolate cream. I prefer the vanilla cream over the chocolate cream filling.
We were able to try the following cream puffs: Cheesy Ensaymada, Chocolate Almond Crunch, and Chocolate Madness. My favorite would be the Cheesy Ensaymada. 😀
I wish the franchise owner of Chewy Junior here in the Philippines would offer items from their Savory Menu like the ones in Singapore. I’d be very keen to try Tom Yam Chicken, Sambal Chicken, Chilly Crab, Char Siew Chicken, Curry Chicken, and Black Pepper Chicken. 😀 I’m hoping to be able to try these savory treats in Singapore this September. 😀
