After having lunch for our Father’s day celebration last Sunday, we went at Classic Confections in Greenbelt 5 for a dessert. They have cakes, cookies, bars and more. 😀 We ordered for a Lemon Torte and a Chocolate Cake. If you’re a first timer there, you won’t leave the place with a bad impression. For sure, you’ll go back there to indulge your sweeth tooth. And because of that I went back there with Sha and Vien to share to them how good the cake is 😀 (more…)

It’s already summer. The scorching heat instantly reminded me of the movie Temptation Island. The scene in particular is a giant scoop of ice cream on a cone found in the middle of a deserted island which is actually a hallucination. Anyway, I think I’ve had enough of ice cream. Krispy Kreme will open in Ayala this March. Sharlyne, who wrote a pledge of her love for the doughnuts, saw the sign already. 😀 Here’s the official announcement from the Krispy Kreme Philippines website:

Step 1: Wait for it to stop flaming.
Double Chocolate Fudgy Brownie at Friday’s consists of three towers of brownies topped with vanilla ice cream, peanuts (pecan), and chocolate and caramel syrup. This is certainly the best dessert that I’ve eaten and if you haven’t tried this yet, you are certainly missing half of your life. This dessert though is not recommended for people suffering under diabetes. 😀 (more…)
