Guapple Pie
El Ideal is a bakery and a restaurant in Silay City, Negros Occidental. El Ideal has been delighting Negrenses and tourists since the 1920s. Before, El Ideal was only a bakery, it was only in the late 1950’s when the restaurant was added. El Ideal has been known for its Guapple Pie which is said to be their specialty. (more…)
